An Acquisition
I could tell you how the gas was disconnected because some idiot hijacked my account.
Or, I could tell you how my team at work has been accused of being aggressive bullies!
Or, maybe I could tell you about how the wind broke the gate and the joys of getting a tradesman to even quote on a replacement…
But I won’t because I’m sick of having things to whine and rant about this week, so instead I’ll show you our new acquisition.

The opportunity to become a two computer family arose, and I grabbed at it. There is no longer any arguing about whose turn it is on the ‘puter.
P.S Boo cried when she first saw this ‘puter because she wanted a ‘puter NOT a TV. And I guess when you’re 3 and have never in your life seen a big clunky monitor it’s a reasonable misconception!

Congratulations on the new computer!!!
I hope it provides your family with loads of joy : )
Sorry about the other crap in your life. It sounds like a rough week!!!
lol, TV
I wish WE had 2 'puters … this one is getting a bit dodgy, so i'm being mean with it now. I keep telling MC 'well, you go tell Daddy you need your OWN computer'.
Looking for a tradesman is a pain the ass. I'd want to whinge too. I'm sure Boo loves the new computer.
Cool! Did you have that the other day when we were there?
Bet that makes life a lot easier.
Well done …
Sorry you have a bad week too.(hugs)
Tradesmen can be so unreliable for small jobs.
I should really set up my guys with a computer. They don't show much interest yet but I bet there will be fights.
I bet they will want a laptop like mummy.

Congrats, wishing you stress-free puter-time! Hope that makes up for the crappy part, too!
Hehe, TV, how cute
Hope this week improves Lani..
Lol @ Boo not wanting a telly!!
I think we need another computer – I have to share mine with the Kewl girls AND Sammi the computer hog!
Dina – The computer is providing lots of joy
h&b – MC should tell Daddy that his Mummy needs a new computer, and he'll happily take the old dodgy one off her hands
Jen – Boo is very happy with her new computer (that looks like a TV), and finally managed to get a tradesman to quote on my gate!
Guera – Yes, we did have it when you were here the other day. It only makes life easier when Boo chooses to do something that is not beyond her capabilities!
Trish – Planned to have a better week this week, but sick child quashed that!
Boo has been interested in the computer all her life! Count your lucky stars the boys aren't interested yet
Iris – You go to admit it looks like a TV!!!
Alison – You know I blame you for needing another computer. If Boo had never seen 'Starfall' computer time-sharing would never have been an issue
It's just incredible how far technology has come in such a short period of time, huh? That particular style monitor has really become outdated. And yes, we have one, too!!
I think we'll need to make the purchase of a new computer soon, since our four-year-old triplets have recently become addicted to a game about Curious George.
It slays me whenever I'm working on something and they'll come up and say, "Mommy, your time on the 'puter is up. It's OUR turn."
Yeah. Weren't you still in my womb a mere five years ago??
Lol Lani… That's ok… You can 'blame' me for her outstanding reading skills, too!!
Amazing Trips – Thanks for dropping by. I think you definitely need at least one more computer in your household
Alison – I *love* you for her outstanding reading skills
