A couple of weeks ago, I went outside to my car. This is what I found

Some bastard has hacked and hacked and HACKED at my spare tyre.

What you can’t see is the bits of steel radial protruding out of that tyre!

My guess is, it was the beer-swilling boys next door, after they moved (or were evicted)!

I replaced all the tyres about 6 weeks ago, so that Boo and I could go away on a mini-break this week and be safe.

I don’t have a spare tyre, so we aren’t going anywhere. Replacing the tyre will cost more than what the accommodation was costing :(

I did ask Honda Australia if they’d like to give me a new tyre and wheel cover (and several of you tweeted them) but they didn’t reply. Maybe I should try Bob Jane T-Marts of Beaurepairs???

ETA – If you click on the 2nd photo at the top to enlarge it you can see the steel sticking out – if you’re interested!

Bad. So sorry. Hope you still can feel at home. And it doesn´t repeat itself!
Yikes. Here some weeks ago kids were laying metal on the street and a woman ripped her tyre, too. We never found those kids.
Whose fault is it? Kids, parents, media?
